Students from the Swedish maritime school Marina Läroverket visited the facilities of the Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands (PLOCAN). This visit of a new delegation of students is part of their training course on board of the ship school Älva in Canarian waters. The students, accompanied by their teacher, were informed in detail about the facilities of PLOCAN: the Multi-purpose Offshore Platform, the Test Site and the Observatory. Furthermore, they were able to discover the specific characteristics and the operating modes of the gliders.
