The Oceanic Platform of the Canary Islands (PLOCAN) coordinated and promoted the delivery of 3 training courses of 2 hours each within the framework of the “FORWARD (Fostering Research excellence in the Outermost Regions)” project. FORWARD aims to increase the participation in European projects of the entities established in the European Outermosr Regions – ORs
