The European project Sustainable Careers for Empowering Researchers (SECURE), led by PLOCAN, with the main goal of enhancing attractiveness and reducing precarity in academic research careers, held its annual general assembly on February 8th and 9th, 2024, at the University of Rijeka.
During their assembly, the project partners outlined the achievements of the previous year and laid the foundation for recommendations and actions to be implemented in Research Performing Organisations (RPOs) and Research Funding Organisations (RFOs) selected by the project.
These recommendations and actions are specifically targeted at the governing bodies with decision-making authority in these RPOs and RFOs.
