Remuneration of senior management and executives

In accordance with the provisions of article 1 of Law 3/2015, of 30 March, regulating the exercise of senior positions in the General State Administration, the PLOCAN Consortium posts that are considered “senior positions” are: the Director and the Area Heads.

Likewise, and for the purposes of applying the provisions of the Order of 26/04/2012, of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, which approves the classification of state public sector consortiums, and Royal Decree 451/2012, of 5 March, which regulates the remuneration system for senior managers and executives in the public business sector and other entities, the post of General Manager is considered to be that of senior manager and the Area Heads are considered to be executives. In accordance with the provisions of RD 451/2012, senior managers and executives are professionally linked to the PLOCAN Consortium by a senior management contract.

In accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, the maximum salaries (*) of these staff are detailed below:
